Taste of Tuscany: An Autumn Harvest Journey

October 6 -12, 2025

We'll experience Italy's most magical season as golden October light illuminates Florence's masterpieces and Tuscany's vineyards in autumn colors. Together we'll explore world-class museums and local artisan workshops in Florence, then head to the Tuscan countryside where we'll visit family estates during the exciting harvest season. Our journey continues slightly north to the Emilia-Romagna region, where we'll make fresh pasta with local experts in Bologna and see how traditional Parmigiano-Reggiano and aged balsamic vinegar are crafted in nearby Parma and Modena. We've timed this trip perfectly to catch Italy when the light is golden, the temperatures are comfortable, and the harvest bounty is at its peak—while avoiding the summer crowds—a true feast for all your senses.
